Live Auction Terms of Sale

Cash, Valid Check or Credit Card. All credit card transactions include a 3.5% convenience fee. NO BUYERS PREMIUM on any items sold at live auction with an exception for items purchased via absentee or phone bidding. Any winning absentee or phone bids will be assessed a 10% buyers fee on each item purchased. All items sold “as is, where is”. Purchased items are to be removed from premises on the day of sale unless prior arrangements are made. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over printed and other material. Auctions are subject to video and audio recording as well as being streamed live online.

Online Auction Terms of Sale

  • ALL online winning bids will be assessed a 10% buyers premium regardless of payment method. 
  • Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% will be added to all purchases.
  • If not paying by cash or check, a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all card purchases.
  • No buyer’s premium will be assessed for any bidders attending and paying in person.
  • All items are sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Gallery 10, LLC recommends inspecting items before bidding. 
  • ALL items must be paid for within 24 hours of auction close. If paying by credit/debit card, buyers must call to make the payment, as Gallery 10, LLC does not collect or store any credit card information.
  • If payment is not made, you will forfeit your item and it will be made available to the next highest bidder and you will be banned from all future online and live Gallery 10, LLC auctions.
  • Any items not picked up by the scheduled times or if arrangements have not been made, items will be assessed a $10/day storage fee until removed. Any merchandise that remains after 30 days becomes property of Gallery 10, LLC.
